| Ja Rule Released From Prison But Goes Right Back In Posted: 21 Feb 2013 12:31 PM PST
Ja Rule was released from Upstate New York prison for his 2007 gun possession charge. Unfortunately, he was released into federal custody where he will finish the remainder of his concurrent 28-month bid. The state of NY held Ja Rule for the gun charge, but the feds are holding him for tax evasion. His charges were ran concurrent, but he still has some time left for the tax evasion charge. His defense attorney Stacey Richman told AP that he may have less than six months left and may be eligible for a halfway house. |

Lil Wayne calls into 99 Jamz in Miami to speak with Felisha Monet. He chats about what transpired at the Miami Heat game the other day that got him kicked out and banned from all NBA events. Weezy says he only apologize for saying “f*ck Lebron” because they’re cool, but he doesn’t apologize for saying “I f*cked Chris Bosh wife” or anything else he said.
