Joe Budden and his current love interest, Kaylin Garcia, hit the red carpet hand-in-hand at the 2012 BET Awards.  It’s rumored Joey will be on the next season of Love & Hip Hop New York, but not sure if it’ll Kaylin or his ex Tahiry.  We’ll just have to wait and see.

Maybach Music Group make their way to this year’s BET Awards.  They all hit up the red carpet and bring their own swag!!  Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Wale, and Stalley all pose for the camera.  It’s reported Rick Ross and Young Jeezy had choice words for one another and got into a beef at the awards show.  This is definitely a night to remember.

50 Cent & Fat Joe To Share The Stage At BET Awards

It’s reported that 50 Cent and his longtime rival Fat Joe will share the stage at the 2012 BET Awards to give tribute to their friend Chris Lighty whom reportedly committed suicide last month, but the death is currently being investigated.

This is a big move for hip hop, especially 50 Cent who built a career off of having ongoing beef with artist.  He is definitely showing a softer side of himself by agreeing to take stage with Fat Joe.  They probably going to slap hands and everything — one might even throw in a shoulder hug!!  I wonder if he would extend the same to Rick Ross or Ja Rule to serve a greater cause.  Probably not.

Although reports are being confirmed that this is in fact “true” I cannot believe it until I see it with my own eyes.  Luckily, we don’t have much longer to wait.  BET Awards will air on October 9, 2012 at 8PM (EST).

Newlyweds Matt Barnes & Gloria Govan Cover RollingOut.com Magazine

Matt Barnes and his new wife, Gloria Govan hit the cover of RollingOut.com magazine.  The two recently eloped and said their nuptials in Las Vegas.  Before jumping the broom they did a photo shoot and cover story for the mag.  Here’s some excerpts from the story inside,

On their 8 month break from each other
Gloria : We took an eight month hiatus. Now that we're back together, we're mainly focused on becoming friends again and mainly parents too. We got into such a routine that we forgot to do all the lovey dovey stuff like date nights. I grew so much over those eight months.

Now I have to be like, 'Uh uh, I know I used to like that because you liked it but I said all that to be cute for you! I don't like eggs mother—! So now he's really getting to now me. That's fun.

Matt: We love each other. As a young couple you need to experience stuff and live your life and do things sometimes on your own. I understood that and she understood that. It was a small break that was hard but at the time was needed. It brought us closer together and we're a lot stronger now."

Matt on why he will not be returning to Basketball Wives LA
Matt: I've been a side piece to 'Basketball Wives. I've never been a main character so to speak. This season I'm completely not in the show. I think for the sake of our relationship it was best to fall back and not put our stuff out there like before for people to pick and pry through. This time around we're gonna do what works for us and not what society wants us to do.

On when the two will get married
Gloria: It's not that we're not interested; it's just not now. I don't think it'll be what people are expecting. I'll probably be like 'hey, I got married girl,' wanna come to the party? I'll probably send out a flyer for the party,"

Matt's a traditionalist so he'll want a big wedding. Which I would do [for him], but it won't be like a Kim Kardashian wedding. It'll be like, 'you want some barbecue?'. [...] Marriage is something I want to do, it's just not on my number one priority list. Maybe, don't tell him I said this…maybe another baby," says Gloria in a whisper.

Gloria on if she truly meant what she said about wanting to kick Evelyn and Jackie Christie azzes
Absolutely [I stick by that.] My feelings are what they are to Evelyn, I don't like to kick anyone while they're down but…I think they're a cute couple I honestly do [Chad and Evelyn] and I know Chad really loves her. Mainly I hope they keep people out of their relationship. That's what I've had to do. Jackie Christie has a mouth piece on her, she'll make a paraplegic feel bad for her. The way she kind of suckers you in with her words; she'll give you so many compliments to the point that you're like 'damn, okay!' [extends arms] Give me a hug girl. She's someone you have to accept, she's like a beauty mark or a birthmark. It's like 'damn that sh— terrible, but it's there. You work around it.

Rick Ross & Young Jeezy Get Into A Beef At BET Awards

The BET Awards are being taped in Atlanta at the Civic Center and it’s being reported that Rick Ross and Young Jeezy got into a pushing and shoving match at the event.  Security guards had to get in between the two artist to defuse an almost all-out brawl.

Sources say in the parking lot a guy from Ross entourage fired shots.  It’s unclear if he shot into the air to intimidate or directly at someone, but no one was hurt and no arrest have been made yet.

A little after 7:15PM police were called to the parking lot scene because a fight broke out between the two artist camps.  Atlanta police report that it was a chaotic scene and they had to use OC spray to break up the fight and control the crowd.  Rozay and Jeezy both were indoors partaking in the award festivities during this parking lot battle royale.

The BET Awards is being filmed tonight and is scheduled to air on October 9th.  Shockingly, it’s also reported that 50 Cent and Gunplay (a member affiliated with Ross’s MMG) got into a beef as well.  In other BET Awards show news, 50 Cent will share the stage with his longtime rival Fat Joe to pay homage and tribute to Chris Lighty.  This year awards show is going to be interesting.
