Rumors surfaced last week about Max B being denied his appeal and therefore he’ll be spending a minimum 30 years behind bars as a condition of his 75-year sentence.  Well, pump your brakes because Bigavel has not yet been denied his appeal.  In fact, Max is expecting good news and should have something by April.  He speaks to Eric Styles (founder of Evil Empire and HipHopConnection.com) about the appeal and its current state.
