Usher Wins Battle With Tameka And Awarded Full Custody Of His Children Posted: 24 Aug 2012 04:12 PM PDT Usher ugly custody battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster has ended and Usher comes out the victor. According to TMZ Usher has been awarded primary custody of his two sons. Tameka still has some custodial rights, but the kids will live with Usher for most of the time. I don’t know all that transpired in the courtroom, but I’m surprised the judge awarded custody to Usher — a man and an entertainer. In most cases things usually goes the other way, which makes me believe Tameka must be a horrible mother. What do you think about the court ruling? Leave your comment below. |

Birdman Stands Behind Lil Wayne’s Statement “I Don’t Like New York” Posted: 23 Aug 2012 08:53 PM PDT Lil Wayne made a comment earlier this week where he said, “I Don’t Like New York.” Although it was an off the cuff statement many people are taking it to heart and feels offended by the comment. NYC Senator Malcolm Smith is one who is offended and demanding an apology from the New Orleans rapper. The senator is feeling some type of way, because he is a die-hard New York native and feel that someone like Lil Wayne who makes revenue from New Yorkers, has a growing NY fanbase, has artist on his label from New York, and has had plenty of success in his profession of hip hop which derives from New York and is the birthplace of rap music — is a bit disrespectful for TUnechi to flat out say he doesn’t like New York. Birdman gives us his stance on the comment and says he’s sticking by his son’s side. “If he don’t like it, then we don’t like it!” He apparently rocking with Weezy’s outlook on the city. How do you feel about the comment? Do you think Weezy was not being sensitive to his NY fan base? Wayne is in the process of writing a book about his stay on Rikers Island. |
