Newark NJ Actress Attempts To Get Tyler Perry Attention Posted: 23 Apr 2012 06:01 PM PDT Racquel Bailey, an aspiring actress from Newark, NJ has an incredibly brilliant idea.  She rents billboard ad space in Southwestern Atlanta district in hopes to grab the attention of Tyler Perry.  She spends her last paycheck to pay for the $1500 billboard ad which runs for one month.  The ad says: Attention:  Top Film Maker In ATL Let Me Be Your Next Leading Lady RacquelBailey.com It’s a unique and intelligent marketing scheme.  Not only did she possibly get the attention of Tyler Perry, but she also got some media coverage from the ad spot.  When asked if Tyler Perry has seen the ad a representative says “there is no comment”. Good luck to Racquel.  Let’s pray and hope she is one of the next actresses we see on the big screen.  I applaud her hustlers ambition.  She showing the Jersey grind that all us Jerseyans got!!! He goes on to say, “I’m a man.  You don’t have any business addressing me.  Get ya’ man to address me.  If you got a man then get him to address me, then him and me can speak on it.” T.I.’s comments obviously got back to the Harlem rapper, because she sent him a barrage of tweets taking shots at Tip.
