J. Cole Addresses Diggy Simmons Diss “He’s Just A Kid” Posted: 26 May 2012 05:58 PM PDT J. Cole interviews with DJ Drama and talks about the beef with Diggy Simmons.  J. Cole laughs at the situation and says there is no beef, Diggy is just a kid. Diggy born, March 25, 1985 just turned 17 years old.  I wouldn’t sleep on Diggy if I was Cole, he gonna send JoJo and his goons over to put hands on him.  lol.  When you think of Diggy beefing it gotta be laughable, let’s hope this doesn’t turn into a Bow Wow fail and Diggy one day tries to reinvent his image to a gangsta rapper. Jay-Z To Produce New “Annie” Movie Soundtrack & Willow Smith Gets Leading Role Posted: 26 May 2012 09:14 AM PDT Annie originally started as a comic strip in the late 1800′s.  In the 70′s the comic was transformed into a stage performing musical.  Then in the early 80′s Annie was taken to the big screen and the movie made the story of Little Orphan Annie worldwide famous. A remake of Annie has already been done, but it gets a makeover again and this time it has some big names backing the project.  Jay-Z who is owner and boss of RocNation will take charge of the musical soundtrack for the upcoming remade version of Annie.  Willow Smith, a RocNation artist, will grab the leading role for the movie to play orphan Annie, which begins filming next year.  As long as Willow doesn’t grow too tall before filming begins then she will play the lead role. In addition,  Willow’s father Will Smith will direct the film and earn himself some director points.  The movie is currently being written by British actress Emma Thompson who says the movie will be set in modern day New York.  Thompson is quoted as saying, “I think it’s a very good combination,  I’m writing a modern version of Annie for Willow to play, which I’m so excited about because Jay-Z is going to do the music — oh my God I’m so modern! So I am very thrilled about that.” In 1998 Jay-Z used a sample from the movie Annie for his Hard Knock Life Vol. 2 album.  Most of the original songs from the musical will be replaced by Jigga.  The song titled Tomorrow is confirmed to stay. Drake Addresses The Haters & Quote Floyd Mayweather Posted: 26 May 2012 01:16 AM PDT Drake sits down with Sway and tells us the advice Floyd Mayweather gave him.  Floyd told him, There will be days I walk in the arena and people might cheer.  Then there will be days I walk in the arena and people might boo.  But, it all sounds the same to me because it’s all just noise that let me know I’m still relevant. Drake admits he doesn’t get boo’ed when he walks into an arena, because its a different setting for him than Mayweather, but he does have bloggers and haters who always throw shade. Feelin It? Not Feelin It?

NEW MUSIC: Lil Wayne “Goulish” (Pusha T Diss) Posted: 25 May 2012 09:36 PM PDT Wow!  Lil Wayne comes direct and disses Pusha T on this track Goulish.  I don’t know what the beef is about, but I’m thinking it might have something to do with Pusha’s latest diss track Exodus 23:1, where he was getting at someone.  I originally thought he was throwing shots at his old friend Ambassador Rick, but it looks like his aggression was aimed elsewhere. I respect the fact that Tunechi says Pusha name without biting his tongue or using subliminals.  I hope more rappers take note and just say who they are talking about.  Let’s see if Pusha decides to respond.
