G-Dep Sentenced To 15 Years To Life For 1993 Murder Case

Back in 2010 ex-Bad Boy rapper G-Dep walked into a NYPD 25th Precint and confessed to a 17 year old murder in Harlem.   He has since retracted his confession, but it was a little too late as prosecution already built a case against G-Dep, whose real name is Trevell Coleman.

Early yesterday morning G-Dep sat in a New York courtroom where he was sentenced to 15 years to life on second degree murder charges.  After the court proceedings he spoke to MTV and said,

"However it went down, it was just one of them things where I knew I was facing some type of charge, so whatever the verdict was, I knew it was God's will. You know, someone was taken from [the Henkel] family, so I can't feel like I was robbed in any kind of way, I just want to thank everyone that was involved in the case"

Amber Rose Speaks About Kanye West “Theraflu” Track For The First Time

In Kanye West track titled Theraflu he shoutout Wiz Khalifa where he says Wiz is the only n*gga he respects who dates one of his ex’s.  About two weeks ago Wiz did an interview with Funkmaster Flex where he expressed shock and awe with Kanye’s saying his name in the song.  Today, a long-haired Amber Rose speaks on the lyrics.  When asked what do she think about the song she says,

"What did I think about the song, Umm, I don't know. I don't really know Kanye as a person anymore. I just don't know him, um, anymore. It's been almost two years so at first I didn't understand, I was like, 'What is he trying to say,' but I think, I took it as a positive at the end and um, I feel like it's cool. He respects Wiz as he should and I respect his decisions. I think people fail to realize that Kanye's just my ex-boyfriend. We weren't married, we don't have children together, we both moved on with our lives and you know, it seems like we're both really happy."
