When news broke that Jay-Z had a big announcement to make with Philly mayor Michael Nutter the initial thought was that maybe it was peace negotiations between Jigga and Philadelphia native Beanie Siegel. However, instead of it being something that dramatic it came down to the announcement being a new music festival in Philly.

Dubbed Budweiser Made In America Music Festival Jay-Z along with Mayor Michael Nutter and Budweiser representatives stood in front of the Philadelphia Art Museum today and ann0unced to the city that a two-day music festival sponsored by Budweiser will take place on September 1st and 2nd at Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Fairmount Park.

The festival will feature over 30 acts on three stages. The acts will include rap, rock, R&B, Latin and dance performers "that embody the American spirit." Jay-Z said that about 70 percent of the acts have been confirmed.

In the video above you’ll notice Freeway chilling off to the side with his arms folded and almost seeming to be fuming or upset. It looks as if Jay-Z and Freeway are beefing or something, but it’s not the case. Let’s shut those rumors down now,
