Guy Paints Himself As Incredible Hulk But Now Paint Won’t Come Off

A comic book fan in Brazil puts green paint all over his body because he tried imitating the Incredible Hulk, but when he went to wash it off this guy couldn’t get the paint to wash off.  It’s learned that he used the same paint the military uses to paint missiles.  This is a permanent base that wears off over time.  I guess he got his wish!!
