Lil Wayne and his Trukfit brand has partnered with Macy’s and now available in select stores across the nation, along with legendary skateboarder Stevie Williams and his DGK brand. In Los Angeles at the Macy’s Beverly Center the first 10 fans who purchased $150 worth of DGK and/or TRUKFIT apparel received a special skateboard from Williams along with admission to the exclusive VIP reception. Lil Wayne and Stevie unveiled their Trufit and DGK collection, consisting mostly of tees, hats, fleeces and sreetwear for boys or men. Williams started his DGK (Dirty Ghetto Kids) brand in 2002, it’s named after his childhood skate crew. Lil Wayne Trukfit brand launched in January of this year. “It’s exciting to share this moment with my homie Lil Wayne and show the world skate fashion is cool,” said the skate pro. “What Wayne and I are doing is bringing skate Culture inside of corporate entities where a lot of our fans shop and we’re proud to do this with Macy’s'”  |
