For career criminals the storm was perfect, because it brought darkness to the city and limited emergency assistance for victims. Caught on a live city cam, this guy was minding his own business trying to find refuge in the midst of the storm when a bunch of thugs tripped him and knocked him down to the ground then beat and robbbed him. |
