Ja Rule Headed Home From Prison In February 2013 Posted: 20 Nov 2012 06:52 AM PST Things are looking up for Ja Rule.  Back in June 2011 he started a prison sentence stemming from a New York gun charge and tax evasion charges, which ran concurrently.  It’s being reported that he will likely be home by February 2013, which is just around the corner. Since being incarcerated Ja Rule has obtained his GED diploma.  He posted the picture above and hinted his release last week on his website. Feelin It? Not Feelin It?
