| Kevin Hart Arrested For DUI & Resisting Arrest Posted: 14 Apr 2013 03:15 PM PDT Kevin Hart was booked and released from custody of the California Highway Patrol after being arrested for driving under the influence and resisting arrest. At the time of the arrest he was with his girlfriend, Emiko. Kevin tells the story to TMZ and says he wasn’t resisting arrest, instead he was telling the officer he needs to take off his watch before putting handcuffs on him, but the officer wasn’t being understanding and claimed he resisted arrest. However, Kevin does admit he was drunk. |

JoJo Simmons may have started beef with the wrong one. He was caught slippin’ the other day when Skull Gang member, Hynief, caught him in NYC. He instructed JoJo to call Juelz Santana on his mobile phone and apologize to the Harlem rapper for dissing him in a track a couple months ago. It was a joke to Juelz although he fired back with his own diss and that was supposedly the end of the beef, but now Hynief incites the drama again by yolking JoJo up on sight. Hynief posted the picture on Instagram with the following caption:
JoJo obviously looks frightened in this picture. Let’s hope he now gets how serious others can take his words and he can go on with his life without being bullied or threatened. Let’s end the violence!! #FreeJoJo |
